Joseph Leiser joined Paysign in 2020 and brings with him more than 10 years of experience managing, training, and leading financial services contact center teams. His passion for customer service and operational efficiency shape the 24/7, world-class Customer Care team at Paysign and help the company achieve its vision. Prior to joining Paysign, Leiser held positions at American Express and SoFi in loan servicing, credit card services, as well as leadership and sales training. Leiser attended Brigham Young University – Idaho, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Management.
