Brandy Harrison joined Paysign in 2017 and leads the organization's Fraud & Disputes team. With more than a decade of experience in fraud mitigation strategies and issuer chargebacks, she employs preventative measures that address the ever-evolving financial fraud and risk landscape. Harrison has been instrumental in growing and training the company's team of investigators that work directly with cardholders to handle claims and disputes. Prior to joining Paysign, Harrison was a long-time fraud analyst at Credit One Bank. She is a current member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators.
